Sendster is a social media oriented marketing service. Sendster desired to greatly increase their impact of their service by adding analytics into the mix.
Royalty Analytics developed a set of automated reporting which aggregated information from:
- Google Analytics
- Facebook public pages information
- Facebook Insights
In addition to a basic aggregation, Royalty Analytics developed custom metrics and identified leading indicators of performance between Google Analytics and Facebook.
Royalty Analytics also developed key posting strategies to drive user engagement
for over 900 Facebook pages.
In the first 6 months of Royalty Analytics work traffic more
than doubled to Sendster’s customers.
User Engagement on social media significantly increased and directly attributable sales increases to Sendster’s products were reported.
